Exercise Performance
Start in a Tuck Planche position, then move your knees back to an Advanced Tuck Planche Position. From the tuck planche slowly open your knees and straighten the legs into a full straddle planche. You can begin without fully streightening your straddle planche. Moving in and out from the furthest point you can reach - think of it as reps - can also be beneficial.
