Sit on the side of a bench and grab the edge. Straighten your arms, and place your legs straightened in front of you, with your heels on the ground, while also moving your body sligthtly forward, so your torso can dip in front of the bench. Bend your arms to lower your body. After a brief pause at the bottom lift it up again.
