Exercise Performance
This exercise can be performed on parallel dip bars or other parallel support e.g. the back of two chairs. Grab your parallel support, straighten your arm, and put your feet loosely on the ground behind you. Your body should be slightly leaning forward. If required use an object to reach the floor with your feet. While your feet stays in place, bend your arms to lower your body, than press to return to the starting position.
