Exercise Performance
In this exercise you will combine the previous two steps.\r\nFirst use the swing kip to use momentum and in the peak of tho backswing push your hips forward and pull bending your arms and shoulders at the same time. You need to pull your jaws above the bar.\r\nOn your way back use your momentum to swing forward into the swing kip again to seamlessly repeat the exercise.
